Keeping Your Brain Healthy & Fit
This course will explain the difference between normal aging and dementia and why it is important to protect the brain throughout one’s lifespan. We will explore ways to reduce the risk for cognitive decline and provide tips, strategies and activities for staying mentally sharp and keeping your brain healthy.
After completing the course, quiz, and the self-assessment, you will have access to a Facilitator’s version of the “Keeping Your Brain Healthy & Fit” and the “Intro to Memory Keepers” presentations for your own use as a tool to promote Memory Keepers in the community.
