Caregiver Support Toolkit:Ready-to-go sessions designed for facilitators to deliver to family caregivers. The program covers topics like communication and behavior, stress management, and resilience, while providing caregivers opportunities to find solidarity through interactive exercises and group discussions.

Professional Training Courses
These courses are designed to support professional development across various settings and licenses, including LSW (Licensed Social Worker), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), OT (Occupational Therapist), and SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist). Non-pharmacological interventions are recommended as the first line of support for people with dementia. Course objectives:
- Understand Mild-Moderate Dementia:
- Define causes, affected brain areas, and impact on individuals and care partners.
- Recognize signs, symptoms, and unique progression.
- Emphasize Early Intervention:
- Explain the importance of early detection.
- Discuss practical measures for early intervention.
- Discuss the health risks of isolation and benefits of social interaction
- Explore Evidence-Based Interventions:
- Examine disease education, coaching, psychotherapy, cognitive stimulation therapy, reminiscence therapy, and Montessori for dementia.
- Recognize Caregiver Importance:
- Empathize with the caregiver experience.
- Identify signs of burnout and coping measures.
- Apply Interventions in Practice:
- Conceptualize practical incorporation of interventions into professional roles.
- Engage in role play activities to simulate caregiver-therapist interactions.
